- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Agency completely dropped the ball on my renewal; they promised to get me a new quote, but never did: no call, no email, no nothing! In the end, I had to cancel that policy and go elsewhere. Oddly enough, I moved my other policies to another agent who did take care of me, even though I wasn't a client at that point.By Raj, November 08, 2016
